Delivery within Germany:

The following delivery charges apply within Germany when you order from our online shop:

Information about calculating the delivery date: When payment is made in advance, the period of time for the delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the bank performing the transfer. For other payment methods, it begins on the day after the contract was concluded and ends at the close of the last day of that period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or on a day that is generally recognised as a public holiday in the state where the delivery is to take place, delivery will take place on the following working day instead of that day.

If your order incudes multiple items with different delivery dates, we will dispatch the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this situation, the delivery date for the ordered item requiring the longest delivery period will apply for the whole shipment.

Certain items are subject to special delivery terms. Please refer to our delivery restrictions in this regard.
